Thanks to Ewelina I learned to explicitly communicate my needs in my working environment and to adjust to the local culture and customs without forgetting my own roots. She also helped me to understand the connections between my upbringing and my current behaviours, limiting beliefs and roadblocks which were obstructing my decision-making process.

I gained more self-confidence, learned to trust myself more, started to listen to my intuition and speak out about my needs.
